Susan O’Donovan takes the helm; Paul J. Dulle moves to Chairman

The UCP Seguin Foundation has promoted Susan O’Donovan from vice president of development to president and chief executive officer. She succeeds Paul J. Dulle, Ph.D. who moves to the role of chairman.

Chicago, July 2015.

The foundation provides fundraising support to organizations, including UCP Seguin, that share its mission of creating life without limits for people with disabilities. UCP Seguin was formed by the 2013 merger of Seguin Services with UCP of Greater Chicago, where O’Donovan had served as senior development director. Before joining UCP in 2005, she was executive director of the St. Anthony Hospital Foundation.

As president and chief executive officer, O’Donovan will lead strategic initiatives and oversee the foundation’s fundraising and grant making. Dulle will bring his decades of experience serving people with disabilities to help guide the organization.

“I look forward to making the foundation a significant funder of programs and services for people with disabilities,” O’Donovan said. “We have tremendous opportunities ahead as we to introduce a major gifts program and build on our signature events,” including the Great Chefs Tasting Party and Chip in Fore Hope Golf Classic.
