Life is full of possibilities. We’re making them a reality for people with disabilities.

We want life without limits for people with disabilities. And we’re creating that life every day.

Our vision is that all people, regardless of ability, will be valued, active members of their schools, the nation’s workforce and the communities where they live.

The UCP Seguin Foundation funds programs for people with disabilities at every age and every stage of life. With help from those programs, families stay together. Children with special needs reach their full potential. Adults with disabilities enjoy richer, more independent lives. People with disabilities become valued, valuable members of society.

Children & Families

All families hope their children will find love, acceptance and inclusion in life. The services we support help families of children with disabilities see those hopes come alive.

Adults

Our adult services pick up where many other program leave off — at age 22.

Across the Years

Other UCP Seguin programs serve people with disabilities — and the people who care about them — at every stage of life.

The mission of the UCP Seguin Foundation is to raise, grow, steward and distribute funds to programs and services – particularly those provided by UCP Seguin – that help children and adults with disabilities achieve their potential, advance their independence and act as full members of the community.

We strive to make this world a reality – in Illinois and beyond, for people at every stage of life – by leveraging technology to provide innovative training and education programs, family support, employment and life-skills training, and residential services.

Our vision is that all people, regardless of ability, will be valued, active members of their schools, the nation’s workforce and the communities where they live.
